Our mid-term inspections (also known as interim or periodic reports) are carried out during the tenancy to alert the letting agent/landlord to repair and maintenance issues and of any concerns about the tenant meeting the obligations of the tenancy.
Using helpful photographs and descriptions our reports record:
- General Maintenance Issues - e.g. loose door handles, dripping taps etc
- Damp Issues – including condensation, mould and leaks
- Health and Safety Issues – such as cracked plug sockets, exposed wires, tripping hazards
- Tenancy Breaches – including evidence of pets, smoking, subletting, illegal activities at the property, damage, excessive cleaning issues
The digital report will be provided to the agent/landlord within 24 hours so any necessary action can be taken.
